Majin Tensei  Atlus1994aGame description from [[link:http://www.romhacking.net Romhacking.net]]:

Take a game like Shin Megami Tensei. Now, take out the boring random first-person battles, and change it to a strategy RPG perspective. Behold, for you now have Majin Tensei. It's a nice little strategy game, for you kids who like that kind of crap, and it's also got the whole demon-negotiation thing, for the devil summoner in you.

[Zerothis]***Game description from [url=http://www.romhacking.net]Romhacking.net[/url]:

People in the scene go wild over many of the things in Japan. J-Pop. Giant Mechas. Strategy RPGs. Well, Front Mission takes two of those three things (guess which ones), and swirls them together. The combination of giant robots with huge-ass guns fighting in a turn-based strategy environment should satisfy the inner fan-boy in all of us. The graphics are beautiful, and the gameplay is excellent SRPG fare.

Ball Bullet Gun: Survival Game Simulation  I'MAX;BETOP (Betop)1995aGame description from [[link:http://agtp.romhack.net/ Aeon Genesis]]:

Ball Bullet Gun is a strategy game, a simulation of Japanese 'survival games' (read: war games.) The closest American approximation is paintball, but that's not quite right. The game itself is fairly cute, but there are a lot of things to take into account when planning your strategies, and it provides a surprising amount of depth for a deceptively simple game. There really isn't any story to speak of, at least not that I know of, but if you're looking for a decent strategy game, this should work wonderfully.

Super Robot Taisen Gaiden: Masou Kishin: The Lord of Elemental  Banpresto (Winky Soft)1996alBahamut Lagoon, Masoukishin, the best in SRPGs. Masoukishin is a gaiden to the SRW series which (as far as I know) explains the histories of some characters.
It has 300+ missions and four different endings. The most defining feature is the music.
The music is superb, with drum beats (rather novel for the SFC) and an electric guitar!
[NeoGranzon]***Just great....A 7.6!?
This game deserve much higher!
The graphics are way better than other SRW games (like SRW4) and Cybaster/Psybuster is my absolute favorite, it is also a (BIG) plus that the characters have more expressions.
(oh and all other suits rule too....except for Jin.ou!)

[Zerothis]***This is one of the best strategy rpg for the Snes. It has an awesome story, (too bad its in japanese) great graphics and music. It also has a big party and you even make them fall in love. Go try it out if you like strategy rpg.

To my mind, this game is THE best strategy RPG for ALL PLATFORMS.

A deluxe edition included a chest-shaped box, the game in its own box, a fabric world map, a video tape, two postcards and two cuddly toys.

The boxed set did not have a traditional ROM cartridge. It contained a Flash Rom Cartridge with the game written to it.***This game is the last game to have been released on the SNES. Very good tactical-RPG but also VERY difficult.***Unofficial English translation in progress:
